Effective October 1st, 2026, The Training Station PT will be in network with Medicare and Moda Insurance.

Medicare patients will require a referral from a healthcare professional.

If your insurance company offers out of network benefits, we are happy to provide a superbill in addition to an out-of-network claim reimbursement form specific to your insurer.  ​

Physical Therapy is a Direct Access health care service in Oregon. Any self pay or commercial insurance policy holder may self refer and be treated for up to 30 days without a provider referral.
